Nothing wrong with your component selection though I think a small SSD for operating system and programs would be an excellent addition.
You can save a bit of money by dropping the i5-3570K to the non K version. The K version means that the multiplier is unlocked which allows you to overclock/underclock the CPU.So not really necessary unless you are going to overclock.
