Sainsbury' s website hijacking my browser

I use fireofox and when i use hte back button after serveral clicks it will go back to the firefox or to theprevious website i was looking. Thisonly happens with their website any ideas i could stop this from repeating.

The 'back' (arrow) button does exactly what you expect it to do - returns you sequentially to each previous page visited. Thus when you first open your browser it will take you to your Homepage as selected in 'Options' each page you navigate to after this is 'saved' until you either overwrite it or close the browser.
If you have allowed the Sainsbury's site to become your Homepage then this is where it will return you as you use the back button.
