Gmail home setup

I have one gmail account. On my Windows7pc I can edit my gmail labels and see my contacts, but on my android tablet my settings are not mirror reflection of my pc`s settings. I dont have the same options to change in my android. How do I get my android gmail to look the same?

Not sure, but if it's any consolation, my Hotmail settings, options etc do not appear the same on my I Pad compared with the pc so it may be the way these programs are altered to run on tablets etc.. Still usable, but not in the same way as on the pc.
