mcafee "your pc protection has expired"

Just "re-uped" my subscription to McAfee for one year. The trial period expired and I keep getting these e-mails saying "your pc protection has expired" What do I need to do on the McAfee page to eliminate this.

As there is so many different packages, and you will need to enter something in McAfee page there might be something on community.mcafee.com to help
