trouble accessing account

I'm trying to accesses my3 account. I get on to the M3 page ok but, When I click log in, I get:

Internet Explorer cannot display web page

It appears you are connected to the Internet, but you might want to try to reconnect to the Internet.

I am obviously(obviasly)

Windows help is just a big jumble.

Im using IE7

Do you mean you are using XP and Internet Explorer 7

Or Windows 7 ? if W7 then which version of IE have you got IE 8 or 9 or 10 ?
