had an eset security,have replaced it with norton but eset icon and information box keep coming up on my laptop screen how do i get rid of this !!

First do a search in windows for eset remove if it finds any.

then type in run REGEDIT press enter, go to top left click on the computer first to select it, now go to Edit/Find type eset press enter delete what it finds if it is Eset then press F3 to go to next until you get to the end of regedit. do not touch anything else in there close and reboot
