My desktop is XP Home 32 bit, RAID (which means nothing to me) SATA II (also means nothing to me).
Does this mean that one of my 2 hard drives is failing or what??

Yes, it means that the hard drive connected to Port 0 is failing.
It needs to be replaced with a new one. If you have a RAID setup then wait for someone else to post that knows what to do.
