Zoostorm Core I3 2100 Desktop Pc

just bought this pc as a newbi would like to ask do i just plug everything in and go or do I need to install these 2 cds.........P8H 61 MX SERIES & Microsoft external recovery Media 1 of 1 the insruction book is quite confusing......

I would suggest just plugging it in and then decide whether those CDs are required or not.

It seems like the CDs in question are either installation CD (for backup) or additional software CD. Typically a computer should have some kind of process once you log into windows that walk you through the installation of such stuff, if necessary.
