windows mail and windows vista

I have a laptop with windows vista and recently I added my wife's email to allow her to use this feature.Unfortunately although this worked ok at first-windows mail keeps asking for user name and password and does not accept it.I've tried accounts to change to new email address and password but it still does not accept anything and of course all emails are blocked with an error message.

Hi

Who is your service provider ? is your wife able to access her emails on other PC's ?
