You have two options.
Either reinstall Speedbit, reboot and then uninstall it using its own uninstaller (if it has one). During the uninstall process read any messages as you may be told of files that need deleting manually - unlikely if you use Revo as the primary uninstaller at the second level or above.
Or
As it is no longer apparent in either removal list delete the file in Programmes and the run Ccleaner or similar to search for any items left.
The first option is the better one as it is more likely to clean everything out. Having said that, some unistallation software will leave items in Programmes and elsewhere. The second option may leave items in the Registry, but if you are not confident in manually deleting from there I suggest you leave well alone.
