Hi
Im new to PC gaming and have been racking my brains over wether to jump in on a machine Ive just been offered a quote on. Its £636.90 inc VAT & Delivery.
Case: Envizage E-X8818 Gaming Case with 3 LED Fans CPU: Intel i7 2600 Mainboard: Asrock-H67M-GE RAM: 16GB DDR3-1333MHz (4 x 4GB) HDD #1: 500GB Optical Drive: DVD-RW 22x Graphics Card: ATI RADEON HD6850 2GB Operating System: Windows 7 Home 64 bit PSU: 700w Sound: 6 Channel High definition Audio built into motherboard
Questions I would be gratefull for answers on are:
1) Is this machine good value for money? 2) Will it play games such as skyrim on ultra settings? 3) Will the configuration last before requiring upgrades?
Best regards

And your quasi-answers are.....
Yes, it seems like good value for money. Actually, very good value for money. Without looking up all the component costs, it almost seems to be below cost-price....I'm suspicious
Yes, but I don't play Skyrim so can't really check. other than looking at requirement charts.
I'm assuming you're asking 'how long' will the configuration last....my crystal ball is a little cloudy on this one, but since Windows 8 isn't updating directx, you should have at least 4 years before any games are released that would provide substantially better graphics, requiring new hardware and operating system.

Thanks for your feedback
About your suspicions... The supplier is a company is called Envizage LTD. They are an online company but also trade through eBay (which is where I found them).
I found an offer I liked the sound of, and emailed them to get a quote on some additional customisations, hence the specs above.
Since my orginal post the specs now include a Asrock P67 Extreme4 motherboard with the price jumping to £759.

Thanks for posting back with the company name; I know (of) them, and they also sell on Amazon. That's my suspicions allayed!
