DOWNLOAD USAGE

HI, HOW CAN I CHECK MY DOWNLOAD USAGE WITH SKY? I DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY A GREAT DEAL AND EVERY TIME I DO THE PERCENTAGE RATE ALWAYS READS 0% WHEN I REQUESTED A DOWN GRADE SKY CAME BACK WITH A USAGE OF 3.7%. I WOULD LIKE TO CHECK THE FIGURES MYSELF,BUT I LACK THE KNOWLEDGE TO DO SO COLIN

hi bremner, Thank for your help it is much appreciated. you have probably worked out that i am a silver novice. apologies for the capital letters,i will bear that in mind. the use of capitals makes it a little easier for me to see with failing eyesight,however the zoom option should help. once again my sincere apologies and thank you for your help and for pointing out my error. colin

If you post again, just start with an apology for upper case due to eyesight problems and we will then know you are not shouting !

Apologies are totally unnecessary as a quick look had told me that this was your first posting to the forum. Take iscanut's advice and others will understand the difficulty you have.

Hopefully the link provided what you needed and you will use the forum again for any issues you have.
