Start>Control Panel and double-click “Programs and Features”.
Off to the left you’ll see an option to “Turn Windows Features On or Off“.
Click on it, and a window will appear.
Click on Games
Untick the ones you don't want

The instructions I gave previously were of course only to disable the feature.
Games are installed as part of the custom install - don't think a programme like Revo-Uninstaller will help as they need to be uninstalled from within the registry.
If you want to have a go - but be careful - I have tried it and it works.
1.Click on start menu. 2.Type “regedit” in search box in start menu and hit enter. 3.Click on HKEYLOCALMACHINE 4.Select “Software”. 5.Under software select the option “Microsoft”. 6.Select “Windows” and click on “Current Version”. 7.Select “GameUX”. 8.Click on Games. 9.Now click on each key separately. 10.Now you can view the name of the game in the right pane in a special name key called AppExePath 11.Right click on AppExePath. 12.Restart the computer to change the new settings.

difarn's first post is more than enough and you certainly do not need to go messing about in the registry.
