My HP 9800 printer has stopped working

Can anybody please tell me why my HP 9800 has stopped printing. Every time I try to print anything it goes into a queue with others that havnt printed. I can get rid of those but what can I do to get the printer printing again. Thank you

Is a bit like asking 'what can I do to get my car started again?' when it breaks down - the problem could have any one of a number of causes.

I assume you've checked the obvious - that the printer is powered on, that it has ink in the cartridges, and that it is being recognised in the Windows Control Panel?

Go to Devices & Printers in Control Panel and check to see if printer is offline.
