Difficulty creating jpgs

I am running 64bit Windows Pro 7. I have a slideshow displaying about 20 photos taken by a person who has now died. It seems to be in a WMV format. I want to put some of the images (of other relatives, etc) into My Pictures as separate and editable/printable jpgs. I have tried everything, including pausing the slideshow, then going via PrintScreen>paste>crop, then rename, but nothing seems to work. I have used Word 2007, Picture Manager, IrfanView and Paint. Please can anyone help? firegamp

What you have there is actually a video slideshow and I would google for a free screen capture utility to achieve what you want. Have a look at this tutorial.

If Zeppelyn's procedure doesn't work you could try the Pause trick again but instead of using PrtScn use Win 7's Snipping Tool.
