Operating System Windows XP

Daughter has a mobile hard drive which is showing two trojans detected under AVG.

Trojan Generic 19.AZVK and Trojan Sheur3.CBS7

When trying to remove Trojans to vault or from hardrive it says Access denied.

Please advice.

Try Emptying the Vault. Download the "HijackThis" Installer and use it to solve the problem.

Many thanks everyone. Now had success, took it to the IT guys and they did find the relevant infected files and the portable harddrive is now "clean".

Our problem now is that they obviously did a read protect to deal with it and neglected to remove it from the portable drive before handing it back.

as we do not have the original zip file or whatever on the main computer guess its a return to the IT guys to rectify.
