unable search the internet

I can connect to the internet, but when trying to search for something, my PC just hangs and have to close application, everytime I get the undernoted error message :-

szAppName : iexplore.exe szAppVer : 8.0.6001.18702 szModName : hungapp szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

I never had this with my previous broadband provider, can you help?

Start > Run > type 'Control Inetcpl.cpl' > Click the Advanced tab > Under Browsing > Uncheck 'Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)'
