Panasonic PHOTOfun 5.0

Whenever I try to open application or download photos-photofun 5.0 will not open and I'm left with a message which will only go away when I reboot the PC,the message is as follows:-

 Microsoft .NET Framework

  Unhandled exception has occured in your application.If you click continue.the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.

If you click quit.the application will close immediately. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I've tried reinstalling and system restore-can anyone help?

Do you know what version on .Net Framework you have on your machine, if at all ? Have a look at Programs in Control Panel.
