hi, my sister has a dell 1100 laptop that was given her, am i right in saying she will need a wireless router if she wants to use it outside the house in the garden ?

sorry i meant wireless adapter, would it be any particular one for this make of laptop?

If you have a wireless router,just switch on the wireless on the laptop and locate your network.
