Which laptop for recording & playing music and Sims game? Help

Can anyone help please? My daughter needs a new laptop. She wants one that allows her to play Sims & record her singing. (She has saved up for a good microphone etc but it wont work with our old PC). She also does typical teenage thing of watching You Tube, listening to Spotify & living on Facebook. Think I need something with dual graphics card(?), lots of RAM & storage capacity? but not sure. Any advice gratefully received. Budget up to £600 (though not sure if thats realistic or not for what she wants). She also likes the idea of touch screen - but am assuming that would make it even more expensive. Thanks.
