PC Specs Good or Not

Hi all and thanks in advance. Which is the better spec please. For playing the top games and also intensive graphics programs. And what Windows.....7 or 8 and 32 or 64 bit.

2nd- **CPU : VERY FAST AMD X4 640 QUAD CORE AMD 3.0 GHZ CPU RAM : 8GB 1600GHZ DDR3 RAM HARD DRIVE : 1000GB SATA GRAPHICS CARD : 2GB ATI RADEON HD 6670 HDMI, DVI, VGA PSU : 500W OPTICAL DRIVE : DVD-RW USB : 2.0**

Neither graphics card is really up to the job of running demanding games, although the 6670 is much better than the 5450. My own preference would be for Windows 7 and, as both have 8GB of ram, you will need the 64 bit version. 32 bit Windows cannot utilise more than around 3.2 GB.

I would suggest you go with the second PC with, if possible, a further graphics card upgrade.
