Is Pc specialist good place for laptop

My old dell xps needs replacing thinking about using another dell customer service was good Or maybe pc specialist do you now anything about them reliable and after sales service

The company seems to get plenty of good reviews, and I can't remember the last time we saw a complaint in our forum.

Checked there forums a noise and heat from the faster gaming machines The same problem as dell with xps and Alienware Optimus 4 looks the best choice
