Which notebook would you choose?

I would like to buy a new notebook, and I'm in a dilemma between these two:

1.HP Pavilion g6-2240sh with Intel Core i7-3632QM / 2,2GHz CPU, 6 GB DDR3 RAM, 750GB S-ATA HDD, AMD Radeon HD 7670M 2GB VGA

2.Dell Inspiron 5521-154778 : Intel Core i5-3337U / 1.80GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, AMD Radeon HD 8730M 2GB VGA

These two are inside my financial limit. I would use the notebook for some office work, watching movies on my full hd tv (so hdmi connection is needed), and would sometimes play sport games (fifa 13-14, pes2013) or eventually gta 4. Which would you choose, or if you have any suggestions near the same price, I would be thankful and consider them. Thank you for your answers!
