Saving screen grabs

Occasionally I like to use the Print Screen/Paint method of saving screen grabs - but saving in Paint will always default to My Pictures. Is there any way of permanently altering this destination?

Start-default programs-set your defaults-windows photo viewer (the one I think you prefer),this is with windows 7 no idea about other versions of windows.
