Hi and thanks in advance. I have just bought a new TV the SAMSUNG UE40EH5300 40" SMART TV. Can anyone tell me why the Freeview HD channels do not work its either black screen with the words.....Unable to display CI services check module is working properly.....or pixalated with the same words. Now i know that CI means the common interface slot. That seems strange and i have a card in there for ESPN which is okay. Any ideas. Cheers. Clive.

Try taking out the CI card, auto tune and then, without putting the CI card in, see if the "Guide" shows if you can receive HD in your area. This may be a rubbish answer but is worth trying.
