Which budget laptop help needed

I've got around £400 max to spend on a laptop i have narrowed it down to 3 which have the right spec (i3/6gbram/500gb+hdd etc) they are:

Lenovo Thinkpad E530

Fujitsu Lifebook AH512

Acer Aspire V5 (non touchscreen version)

Have found all 3 for between £300-350 what would be the best all round out of those in terms of screen/keyboard/build quality/battery/weight/etc

Only really want the laptop for web browsing/photo/video editing/ maybe some light gaming.

If you are buying a windows 8 laptop, a touch screen version would be better. This one from Asus has decent reviews:
