Hi, could do with fairly basic software for doing drawings of property layouts. Does not need to be to scale or have any 3D options. Is there anything out there preferably easy to use, free or not too expensive and that works well? Grateful for any suggestions.

Best I could find compatible with Windows OSs. blender

Thanks rdave13 I'll have a look at that -doesn't look very easy to use! Should have said am using windows 7 64 bit.

Have recently downloaded and installed SketchUp.

A bit fiddly at first but I have now designed a 3D sketch showing my new extension and a floor plan as well. Can't believe it's free!
