I am looking to get the highest end gaming laptop I can for my ceiling budget of £1150 - I have narrowed it down to arbico palicomp or chilblast but so far I only have offers from chillblast and arbico.
So of the two which do you think is best for gaming?

Sry to throw another at you , but have you looked at Scan . I have bought from them , and have been very happy with the quality of work , and there customer service . I link this example , which is not in your price range , but as you can see is very customisable ( I think I just made that word up ! ) . http://3xs.scan.co.uk/ConfigureSystem.asp?SystemID=1431 .

The bits that really matter as far as gaming is concerned are identical in both the systems you quoted so the rest is a case of what you fancy.
The Palicomp system seems slightly better value but there is very little in it which is what I would expect at this price point.
Although you mentioned a gaming LAPTOP in your original post I assume you meant DESKTOP.
