Covert Pinhole Cameras Information Needed

Does anyone know anyone from where to find these covert surveillance pinhole cameras that can capture close up details of a subject standing 5-8 feet from the lens ? Details like the time on the subject's watch. This technology does exist in larger sized security cameras but to find a manufacture who has this feature in a pinhole type camera is not as easy.
If anyone knows what are the details of this technology please do share....

Most pinhole cameras are pretty low resolution, and have quite wide angle lenses, so a watch would be all but unreadable.
Axis have just released a 720p resolution pinhole camera, the P12xx Series, this works across a network, so would need to be recorded with software, rather than on a traditional DVR.
Axis do not sell direct, so you would need to purchase these via an installer or reseller.
Is there a reason you need covert surveillance? Footage obtained using covert cameras may not be admissible in court if it can be proved that evidence could have been obtained using more overt techniques
