PayPal scam I assume.

Two identical emails today. see here
Viewed them on TT webmail.
In my OE they have gone to 'Deleted' and subject heading is 'Suspicious part has been
quarantined.' and have no content.
Obviously I haven't taken up their offer!

Its a scam.
Another that's doing the rounds is the notification that something like £40 is being authorised for Skype usage. Don't click the link for checking payment made.

With respect your link only appears to show those who complain, which is common to a lot of reviews.
I could praise TalkTalk for the service I have had 99% of the time from them over 10 years, but haven't reported that.
Similarly if you relied on the M&S chart you probably wouldn't want to deal with them either.
Our experience is quite the opposite and again we haven't said so.
However having said that I always read reviews for particular items on various sites.
