advice, new monitor needed for new pc

hi i have ordered a new pc and need a monitor to go with it. ideally size over 21" full hd, hdmi connection. my budget is a max of £150.00. so many around i have no idea please help. Whats the best for my money.

24" would be fine, i have seen the well known makes such as acer and phillips but benQ and others never heard of. just wondered what is the best bet for my money.

Sorry I cannot comment on others my Daughter had the acer one and the picture was perfect on it and that is about all I could say about it except the price does seem a bit low and the free delivery always helps no matter which one you go for.

I use a Samsung TV/Monitor which comes in handy if you get bored while on the computer or vice versa.
