Dual Monitor Compatible PC advice

Hi,can anyone advise me on which would be the best value PC to buy that is Dual monitor Compatible, I use My PC for home and office, I use spread sheets and it would be a bonus to be able to view Information from separate Spreadsheets at the same time.

I also enjoy working with Photographs and would require enough speed and power to edit photos using Photoshop or the likes.

My budget is meagre, around £450-£500.

I have The Monitors and I have the cables, all I really need is a Tower unit.

Any Suggestions as to what make or model would suit my needs...Regards Blood.
