Hi all, some friends of mine are wanting a laptop for basic use, email word ect. This will be there first laptop/desktop. They were hoping to spend around £300 if possible. I suggested that it may be worth there while looking at John Lewis store that usually have a 2 year guarantee included. The following page is an example. From my limited experience,I have found that Toshiba to be value for money. Anyone had a Lenovo laptop if so your thoughts please.
Which would be the best value for money and reliability on the following web site,or are there better value for money options available for there needs?.

Bought one from the Coop a few weeks ago, ordered it about 4Pm and was delivered before 1pm the next day with free delivery.
Now if you fancy one on there you can try this Code for £25 off. BNKG18 Now the code worked fine for me whether it still does I know not.
The one I bought was for £329.00 minus £25 so got it for £304.00.Now code runs out on the 19th but whether it was a personal code for me I am not sure.
My computer is out of stock now and I cannot tell you how good or bad it is as it was for a Xmas present for my Grand Son so it has not been opened yet.
