Upgrading rig , impressions? any good?

So hey there everyone , i would like your impressions\comments\suggestions on the rig im upgrading :D

current rig: AMD Raddeon HD6750, Foxxcon H61MXV, 8GB ram , 600W PSU, i7-2600,

upgraded rig : Palit GeForce GTX 680 Jetstream, ASUS P8Z77-V LX, 10GB ram , CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX V2 850W, INTEL CORE I7-3770K

i'd like to know if there will be a considerable increase in performance as im planing on streaming some games , and would like to know if a duall-monitor setup is viable without any lag-latency-considerable drawbacks, thank you all in advance :D
