I have reached my limit as regards monthly data usage on my T-Mobile wireless pointer (1GB) and my connection has slowed down. Now, when I download a jpeg image (not too big), the dimensions stay the same (ie 1600 x 1200), but the size in KB is much less than the website image and the photo has a lower resolution. Why is this? Is it my laptop doing this or is it software in the wireless pointer?
