Calling Nexus 7 Owners, can you please tell me ...

whether BBC iPlayer can be watched on the 7, or not? I've been reading a well-known Android magazine with a Nexus 7 review. It states << Q: Does the Nexus 7 support flash? A: No, which means apps like BBC iPlayer don't work either. There are hacks available, though. >> Can you explain please? Oh I understand what hacking is, but what is it in this context?

Also, can you transfer back/forth films, documents, images etc between Nexus 7 and Laptop?

Don't have a Nexus but see How can I watch iPlayer on a Nexus
