bought through daily express-does not work on-line reviews say waste of money-need contact telephone number

It seems that the device is as shewn click here and sold by Clifford James recently through adverts in several newspapers. Their website gives contact details.

The first question is :Was the Daily Express selling via a paid for advertisment or was they acting as the retailer (direct Sale)

If the latter, then contact the newspaper as the goods are 'Not fit for Purpose', and ask for refund on retuurn of goods.

If they are the agent (selling via an advert) then you need to ask for the company selling the product.
