Daughter's laptop failed at the weekend. Phoned Dell support Monday pm - a few checks - hardware failure. Very courteous and efficient engineer arrived Tuesday pm. Laptop back up and running OK within an hour. Excellent service from Dell.

I had a few issues with my XPS. Dell support were extremely helpful. It was a bit annoying, when we discovered that the main problem was due to an error on the Drivers and Utilities disc, which they had been using to try to sort problem, but, fair play, a new one was hand delivered, the following morning.
