Well, I can't fault this phone. The only thing is it's frustrating waiting for ICS upgrade which is expected in Q2 so anytime now or could be end of June. Only God knoes why they shipped this out with Gingerbread when ICS has been out there for a while. By the time ICS upgrade comes, Jelly Bean is round the corner. That apart it's excellent all round IMO

"it's frustrating waiting for ICS upgrade "

So what major improvement are you expecting with ICS that it is so frustrating not to have now?

So far as I can ascertain from other platforms, there's nothing major, maybe a bit faster or a bit of gilding on the lily here and there.

"maybe a bit faster"

Having owned a Nexus One and now a Galaxy Nexus, I can't find myself agreeing with ICS being faster. My new phone contains more powerful hardware yet when you put the 2 phones side be side, the Nexus One is far snappier than the Galaxy Nexus. In fact I was a bit disappointed with it given all the reviews raved about its speed.

I agree that ICS is a nicer looking OS and there are a few nice changes, but I also feel like they're trying to make it increasingly similar to iOS and there are some changes relating to this that I'm not so keen on. Given the choice though I would still take ICS over Froyo.
