I've been receiving PCA N'letter for some time w'out a hitch but, since last Mon (20th) none of the articles listed have opened up. I was away from home for a few nights and didn't discover this till Fri. I assumed that you must have some major glitch to fix and hoped that your techies would possibly be working o'time Sat/Sun to sort it...but N-o-o-o-o!

Any helpful comments, PCA?

Did you go into My Profile to make sure Newsletter was ticked.

This would have been better posted in the Helproom.

If you can't get any answers here maybe e-mail the FE he is more likely to know how to fix for it.

Sorry just reread your post you are actually receiving the e-mails but they wont open.So ignore my last post.

There have been a few problems with talktalk within the last week.Maybe try looking in the helproom and see if you can find any of the posts.
