Customer care

Hi

I am looking for a computer for the family but would like to ensure a good company/ good customer care and follow up. Interested in the new All in one machines. Initially highlighted an ASUS computer, but then read customer care/ warantee reports and they all seemed to be appalling - what are UK readers experience with ASUS.

Now I am looking at the Lenovo idea centre Poss B520 or A320...the former is probably above my budget of £600 - more on my wish list.

Would appreciate latest feedback on these or other companies for customer service, or all in one computer suggestions.

You can't beat Navatech for customer service Novatech. There are others that get good reviews here but I haven't used them.
