A modest amount is proposed but every little helps goes the phrase. It'll be interesting to see just how much other ISPs cut their prices, once Ofcom settle on and publish the final figures. TC.

Some of the ISP's cannot cut their prices any more, if they keep offering 'Year Half Price' or 'Month's Free' on their present marketing procedures :O)
But going back to the original subject, Ofcom have been 'toothing' this matter for months, and it would finally appear that they have come up with a offer of their own. Perhaps a 'to little to late' offer at that?.
What I have never been able to understand, is how a company (BT) can own all the exchanges and infrastructure, that is being leased to independent ISP companies, who the independent's are then able to offer prices below that what BT can perhaps offer?.
