PCA subscription renewal

With my copy of the magazine was a form which tells me that my sub has expired and giving me the renewal options. The LH side of the form gives the reference PRQ1 and mentions two free gift books: "Using Windows 7" and "Office 2010 in Depth". The RH side (ordering) of the form gives the same code PRQ1 but shows three books: "Brilliant Windows Visat" [sic], "Brilliant Windows XP" and "The Digital Photography Book".
When I logged into subscription.co.uk/pcadvisor/PRQ1 I was told that the offer has closed, and I could go no further. Someone seems to have slipped up.

I'll contact someone and see if this can be sorted out.

Try quoting PA12 as your reference. You should receive the same offer, with the option of receiving "Brilliant Windows 7" and "Brilliant Office 2010" as your free gift.
