ZooStorm Help Needed

I have just got a ZooStorm laptop (Win7) and after going through setting up my account I am unable to find how to set up a Guest User account - anyone know?

Or click on Start Orb, Control Panel, User Accounts and Family Safety, User Accounts, Manage another account, Click on Guest, then on Turn On.
