Cheap DVD imports have not stopped, its just the low value margin that as been reduced.

There are a number of import tax changes going through from this month and up to April 2012.

I doubt if the average person will notice any changes?.

This strikes me as a complete waste of time. If the tax change only relates to the Channel Islands, business may well be moved elsewhere. For example, "The government said that LVCR will continue to apply to goods coming from other countries outside the EU", so shipments from Norway or Iceland will still be exempt.

As one door closes another one opens.
