Can i upgrade the graphics card inside my laptop.. Model..Advent Monza Red?

Here is the specification

Graphics GPU: Intel GMA 4500M Memory: Shared Type: Integrated 3DMark06 Score: 515

and as it is integrated it will mean that you cannot upgrade it.
