Password problem

I am a newer in laptop and I think I have forgotten the password of administor. What should I do if I want to use the right of administor and change the password. Thank you very much if you could help me.

There are a number of 'password finders' on the internet. Might be worth having a search for a download there?.

I believe there is a Forum policy not to advise on how to circumvent passwords of any kind, for obvious reasons.
