I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW PC, AFTER 1 DAY IT WAS FLAUTY, IT WAS SEND BACK 3 TIMES, TILL THE FLAUT WAS FOUND, I INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 OEM
NOW I GOT A REFUND FOR THE PC, CAN I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY EBUYER I CANT CHANGE THE DISC, AND MICROSOFT SAY NOTHING CAN BE DONE
IE NEW NUMBER TO INSTALL ON A DIFF PC, OR A REFUND OF EBUYER FOR THE DISC, IT HAD TO BE INSTALLED TO KNOW THE PC WAS FLAUTY
THOUGHTS? TA

Was the "flaut" anything to do with the caps lock key?
Seriously though, OEM copies of Windows can only be installed once, so whoever you bought it off cannot legally sell it on, and as there was nothing wrong with the software then ebuyer don't have to refund it.
Morally though, if you bought the software off them and used it to prove that the PC was indeed faulty then they should refund it as a gesture of faith.
But at the end of the day morals don't really come into it...
