The Pheonix - From MESH to PC Specialist - and beyond

I'm posting this thread because I've just read another account of PC Specialist in this forum, that paints them in a bad light.

When I fell foul of MESH going under a couple of months ago, I thought I'd never see my money again. But I did, so it just goes to show that you shouldn't ever say never.

I flew, out of the fire and into PC Specialist. I was very concerned about spending - what to me is - a lot of money, £600 so soon after such a narrow escape. But I did, I built the PC online on the Sunday and a week and one day later it was here and up and running.

Two weeks later I received a phone call from PC Specialist, asking how I was getting on and was everything ok? Without fear or favour, I was able to furnish them with a glowing account of my PC.

We all know what PC's are like, they can be fine one minute and not booting the next. There's never a good time to brag about how well your PC is performing. So all I will say now is...at the time of their question and the time of writing this thread...my PC is working like a well oiled machine, perfect in every respect - and if I wore one - I'd take my hat off to PC Specialist. For as of this moment in time they are the business.

I have had one of their pc's for about 15 months and it still runs very well. I received an e-mail on the first anniversary asking if all was well. The vast majority of customers who are happy generally remain silent.

I bought two for some clients of mine a few years back and wish I hadn't. The bloody things just keep on going and going and ........ so I never get any further work from them.

Never any problems with the machines.

I've had my PC Specialist machine for a couple of months now. It replaced a very old Evesham PC.

It runs very well, like lightning compared with the old one, and is extremely quiet.

I've no hesitation recommending them.
