Where to buy customized laptop

Dear Sirs,
I'd like to buy a 14'' laptop with a high-end specs, namely two hard disks (one SSD and one 7200 RPM), no DVD drive, 16 GB of RAM, a top 3 i7 processor and a graphic board with 2GB memmory. I've searched online and found PC Specialist and not much more (except for US sites which maybe a last option since I'd have to pay customs fees and VAT). Do you know any other companies that offer customized laptops?
Kind regards
Joao
